The Romanovs
In 1884, Nicholas Alexandrovich Romanov, met his future wife, Alexandra Victoria Helena Louise Beatrice, Princess of Hesse. On April 20,1894, they were married. During that same year Nicholas took the throne because of his father's death and became the emperor of Russia. He was only 26.
Alexandra and Nicholas lived happily together. They had something that not every royal couple had, love. I am impassioned by the way the books describe their daily life. She was his Queen and he was her King, just like in fairy tale; and fruits of their love were their children....
