Q: How much is a membership to The Essay Archive?
A: Prices range from $17.95 for a month to $59.95 for 6 months of unlimited access.
Q: What do I get with my membership?
A: You get access to over 35,000 papers that you can view, download, or print for one
low price. You may have seen other sites selling papers for as much as $10 a page and
you are not even allowed to turn it in. Since you'll have to write your own paper
anyways, why not join our site and get a lot more for your money.
Q: What is the quality of essays in your site?
A: The quality of the writings in the papers range from high school to college level.
The essays are submitted by students just like you. We do not edit, critique, or modify
the essays in any way. What you get is access to thousands of papers written by real
students to provide real ideas for writing your term paper.
Q: Can I turn in a paper from your site?
A: No. Turning in someone else's work as your own is plagiarism. Our essays are for
use as reference and guidelines only.
Billing
Q: Is it safe to enter my credit card details online?
A: Absolutely. We use CCBill.com as our credit card processor. They use 128bit encrypted
connections to protect your information. Just look for the yellow lock at the bottom
of your browser to ensure all your information is safe.
Q: What is recurring billing?
A: Recurring billing lets you have access to the site until you do not want the service
anymore. This is similar to your cell phone plan where you are billed each month so
that your service isn't interrupted. You can cancel anytime before the membership
period is over and not get rebilled. Another benefit of recurring billing is that your
membership fee will always be the same each month, even if we increase our prices.
Q: How do I cancel my membership?
A: To cancel your membership, click on the 'Cancel Membership' link on the left menu
and follow the directions. If you need assistance with cancelling, please submit a
support ticket and we will help you as soon as possible.

Q: I am having trouble logging in. What is wrong?
A: When you join, your account is activated immediately and you'll have instant access
to the member's area. If you are having trouble logging in, make sure that you are using
the correct username and password. These are cAsE-sEnSiTiVe. If you forgot your password,
you may retrieve it by clicking on the "Forgot Password" link on the left.
Q: I get the message "The browser you're using refuses to sign in. (cookies rejected)". What is wrong?
A: Our site uses a cookie based system to identify users. If you have cookies disabled or
blocked, you may encounter problems. If you are using Internet Explorer 6, make sure your
Privacy Settings are set for Medium High or lower. The default is Medium.
Q: I cannot find a paper on my topic. Can you help?
A: If you cannot find a specific paper, we can help you with your search. Just fill out
the form here and include your username and/or subscription
number, along with the topic of your paper and we'll try our best to help.
Q: Am I allowed to share my password?
A: We currently do not have any specific comments on password sharing. However, we do
run software in the member's area to keep track of logins and any account that has a
high number of accesses from different IPs will have their password resetted and the member
contacted.
