John F. Kennedy was born in Brookline, Massachusetts, on May 29, 1917. He was born into a rich family, and his father who was the Ambassador to Great Britain under Franklin Roosevelt raised him to be in politics. In 1946 Kennedy went to Harvard and four years later joined the Navy. While in the Pacific the PT-109, the boat he commanded, was rammed.
