Certain fundamentals are required in order to maintain a civil liberty. These can be identified as the normatively of law, legal obligation and the role of morality.
To begin with, the normativity of law is essential for any kind of standard or criteria for passing judgements about any act or object or even state of affairs; those things by reference to which the judgement is passed is a norm.
Therefore normativity is the aspect of certain statements or norms. In consequence, they have a special significance for the practical reason of human beings and ultimately their behavior.
