A Geological Journey On October 17, 1998, the UST Geology students met in the UST parking lot and around 7:00 a.m. in the morning, we left to start our day long field trip to Central Texas. Right after we left the parking lot, we saw Kirk, one of our classmates, and picked him up. He woke up late and almost missed the trip, fortunately he got there right before we left the campus.
