Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), once called hyperkinesis or minimal brain dysfunction, is one of the most common mental disorders among children. ADHD often continues into adolescence and adulthood, and can cause a lifetime of frustrated dreams and emotional pain.
