Chico California is a unique place. As many have put it, "it is the biggest small town in America." This status is un-preservable because as Chico grows it will take on more of the crime and congestion that larger cities must deal with. Though the unique nature of the town may be preserved by controlling the architecture of the town, and were it grows into. We must not as a town, seek to control who does business where, but as consumers we must try to shop at ONLY the stores that we want in this town.
