The Count of Monte Cristo
The Count of Monte Cristo is an engrossing story. I wasn’t expecting it to be as good as it was, however, it held my attention. The plot is very adventurous and full of revenge, which really appealed to me. The main impression the book made on me is the major lesson of patience and hope in the face of the greatest despair. Honestly, though, the sweet revenge that the Count takes upon his enemies is the supreme reason for my enjoyment of this book.
The Count of Monte Cristo is about a boy named Edmond Dantes who has everything going for him until four enemies (unbeknownst to him) ....
